Well I was wondering what would happen if I contacted red octane or possibly konami. I see how red octane pays attention to schools and the younger people so maybe they could send some love to the east coast. As for konami they like to focus on the workout feature and promote use for phys. ed. We're not greedy people or anything but all pads we have are soft and are breaking and my school used all the budget up so we get no funding. Another reason I think this might work is because many companies like bandai and funimation have done similar things. I don't know I just want opinions. |

Try some club dues or a tourney-fund raiser. |

Clubs in our school sell sarris pretzels. A box of pretzels is like 12 dollars and there are 24 1 dollar packages in it. So you make 12. And it may cost to ship it, but yeah it's pretty cool. |

Here's a winning formula, taken from my School's ROTC candy shop. Which raised thousands a year. Open the shop in between classes, and price each candy bar 50 cents. Then just watch all the money pour in!! Of course this is done over a period of time, and a huge shipment of candy. _________________

I've found a way that the school can put in DDR which is very cost effective. (Use the $200 metal pads, two PS2 to USB converters and a beatmania mix (with a cheap computer))) I have a power point which I'm willing to share if anyone would like to attempt the simial thing... but more power to ya man rock on!!!!1 |
that would be interesting considering that you don't play beatmania on a ddr pad. _________________

Red Octane might be able to help you out.
Konami won't do anything.

I like the idea of renting a ddr machine and charging 1 buck or so and invite plenty of people! |

I would, due to the fact that every DDR copy other people have programmed for the calculators (exept mine) ALWAYS have the arrows that way. It bugs the crap out of me. There was even a dumb DDR that had this funky arror order:
What the face?!
Even if the right arrow was in the right place it still would have been wrong. |
