well for the game you can get the JP ddr extreme burned or try and buy it. and you can mod you system by buying a ps2 fliptop and swap magic so it can play backups and imports ect.

Or if you want to use a legal method, you could always just buy a JP PS2 and DDR. I hear Play-Asia is a pretty good site.
