Sweating after Playing?

After a great performance, do you sweat? My friend sweats a lot. I realized that when he tried to dance Max 300 and he can't complete it, he sweats a lot. He wiped off his sweat and then he danced again. His music was Freckles in heavy mode. After the dance, he sweats again. I just can't understand why.


But, that's not the point. The point is do you sweat after you play? Too much or just a like a drizzle?

I'd think that after you use a large amount of energy, you'd sweat.

If you don't sweat, then your body overheats and shuts down. Then maybe you'll faint or die.

I don't really sweat too often... I haven't once broken a sweat after PSMO or any other song in DDR...

The only time I really sweat while playing DDR is when I attempt Legend Road or maybe if I do a 10 foot set but it's usually gone within the next 3-4 minutes.

After all that dancing- I'd h ope you'd sweat. I sweat kinda alot. At the DDR party I went too, I played ddr straight for over 3 hours. I felt like I had come out of a shower! Haha no not really but still. I wasn't the only person sweating, either. A lot of my friends were soaked. Its kinda gross... but yeah that'll happen. Sweating over this game is a common thing- you'd think.

How much someone sweats generally depends on the duration and intensity of what he/she is doing. If you play Max 300 a couple of times, you're going to sweat.

FYE really needs to get fans put in by the machine cause I'm starting to die playing. I end up with sweat pouring out of me....then again I played nothing but 8 footers for 2 hours straight last night when I went.

When I first started playing standard, I was still horridly out of shape, and would sweat pretty bad. Im starting to play heavy, and its not as much of a problem.
