My padawan, she's been playing DDR for 2 years, 7 years old, AA's 8 foot songs and a little few catas. No speed modes. Plays with her parents. They are pretty good too.

Damn, yesterday I went to the Pacific Mall, which has one of Canada's biggest Bemani arcades, and I saw these two 5 year olds on 6 footer Standard songs. It was funny though, because when I played 'A', one of them tried to shadow me.

There's a kid who comes to our mall who is 7 years old and plays heavy pretty well. He can pass a few 9 foots. Whenever he's playing all the girls are like, "Ohhh he's so cuuuute!" .. It's rather annoying.

My brother just turned 8 and he has been playing for 5 months, same as me.

He can pass Paranoia Survivor on Heavy.

There's an 11 year old in our town who can pass everything on Single except for PSMO, and a lot of stuff on double. He's actually the second best person in the city (I'm first E15.gif).

It's pretty cool, actually. I feel kinda weird being friends with an 11 year old, since I'm 18, though. XD

In San Diego (619), I saw this little girl who was 5 years old playing, and she was pretty good, although she was playing on beginner. The funny thing was, was that when she was finished, she kept on telling me, "see, the reason that I could do that was because I've been playing for 4 years." It was really cute.

A lot of little kids play at the arcade I usually go to. Most of them watch me and then try it and get raped, but some girl that had to be around five was really observant. She was watching me for a few rounds, then got on to play what had to be her first time trying it.

She didn't return her feet to the center and she was ghost stepping to the beat of the song. I thought that was pretty badass. Kudos to you, little girl, for watching and learning.
