Good stuff, my man. But, DDR alone shouldn't be your only outlet of fitness. Try making slight changes to your diet, as well, or, other forms of exercise. DDR's at a point for me where I'm not sweating playing it until I play for at least an hour, so, make sure you have a backup plan in mind.

Good job man. DDR is a great cardio work out, add that in with some Creatine and you're ready TO BULK UP THE MUSCLE. POWER LIFT THE WHOLE MACHINE IN 4 WEEKS.

Creatine? Vitamin C? blink.gif Ewwww dont listen to them, just drink a lot of water(not too cold), you can add a zeste of lemon in it so it taste good.

DDR during winter season is great! Combine it with another cardio activity and your all set E13.gif

DDR helped me to get a new hobby, and enjoy it. I hate to run, unless there is an objective (like soccer), and ddr is the equivilent of running, except for the full effect... DDR is the only game that i ever play at the arcade and it helps u make friends, ddr is awesome! biggrin.gif
