so, i'm thinking about getting a CF. on the website, it only talks about being ready to use with a PS2. what do i need to make it work with an xbox? also, when you use it, how loud is it? does it sound like you're just jumping on a big piece of wood or what? thanks! _________________

I should be receiving my pair of CFs next week but one thing I haven't been able to find online is how long are the cords?

Why does the CF website try to redirect me to www.suspended.page? _________________

Im mad because the dreaded "Being Built" sign went away and changed to "awaiting shipment". Now i have to wait for the site to come back up to get my number. |

Aww man.. CF being down bothers me a lot. I've been saving up for a doubles pack recently, and I keep thinking about CF closing down just before I get to order them. I keep picturing them saying that the business was awesome while it lasted, that they have a lot of good memories, but it's just too big a project to keep going, and they they need to get back to focusing on school and stuff.
Can you imagine how much these guys must be making, though? That would be an AWESOME job to have while you were in college, considering each pad probably nets them at least two hundred dollars profit. But I can understand how the work load might become unbearable at times.
Let's hope my vision doesn't become a reality. =/ I have a few weeks left to go on my saving, but I really want those pads. Nothing else can or will ever compare to a CF quality and longevity wise. _________________

ya i just went on to the site a little after midnight and its up again. my guess is that they were working on it or something. luckily it was just a 24 hour thing.
i will say that although i was glad to see the site back up, i was not glad to see that the status on my CF was still being built... |

the forums worked for me...
they said that this was the higest traffic month they ever had and the first time they ever ran out of bandwidth. they also said that huge shipments would be going out on monday and tuesday which makes me optimistic that maybe its mine. |

My pair of pads showed up yesterday and are now all set up. I know this is going to sound a bit weird but has anyone used a KVM switch with VGA type connectors on the control box to switch between game consoles? I have a US PS2, Japanese PS2, XBox, and Home Theater PC that I am switching between currently. I would love to be able eliminate the constant cable swapping between systems. |
