I heard Lindsay Lohan and Kelly Bundy like to play. I don't know if they are any good though.

I doubt celebs have much free time to play enough to get good.

That is good news for me. At least I know I'm better at something than filthy rich people. Even if it just DDR...

Even if they play wouldn't their lawyers/makeup artists/bodyguards/personal nose picker/whatevers have to stop them and comment that they might be doing something cool?

Lindsay Lohan was in that crappy movie with the DDR ripoff and did a really gay bar trick. So what?

Hilarity at it's best!

I don't know whether I should say, "'Bout time" or "I thought they were real"

Britney is in 5th mix. I have seen tabloid photos of her playing Dancing Stage with her friends in Europe.

But the safe bet is that most celebrities haven't even heard of DDR, much like most people haven't heard of DDR.

Her song, Oops I Did It Again, is on there, but it's not her singing it. It's the "Fired Up Mix".

Urr. I could have sworn it was 5th Mix. I have the Japanese 5th import for PS1 and it has that song.

It's a cover, the artist listed as "Rochelle". Sort of like the numerous covers on Extreme US . . .

Its 5th mix because it was a *LONG VERSION* song (Long versions *only* showed up in 5th, like hot limet).

On Topic.. Who cares? Its just DDR.

On TV, there was an episode on "Everybody Loves Raymond" and on a Fox TV show that featured DDR. As for movies & celebrities, there was an interview on Nick Nolte, a running sho commercial and the movie WASABI featuring Jean Reno & his partner dancing on a DDR 5th mix machine in a Japan club/arcade. Is that a trip or what? Please reply, over! Thanks!

Britney Spears has friends? E19.gif

I think the Disney show was that Even Stevens where that guy and that girl (I don't know who they are) are facing away from the screen and she watches the guy step on random arrows while the song starts in the background. That's right, no arrows. He just looks like an idiot. And he did something that should be considered a sin: he walked away in the middle of a song. He ditched the machine when the entire arcade was on free play! *such filth......!*

Yeah, it was an episode of Lizzie Mcguire I believe. They were playing DDR at like a golf park or something. Not that I watch that...

Nope. I've got the 5th Mix soundtrack and listen to it all the time, and the version on it is the Fired Up Mix by Rochelle. It'd have to be. If it had the Britney Spears Oops I Did It Again on it, I wouldn't have bought it. *HATES Britney Spears*

And she (Brittney Speares) slash Bemani would be insane to use a pseudonymn for Oops! if that actually was her; Bemani would benefit from name recognition and Speares would from exposure to her music (of course, that's assuming exposure to her music could actually inspire people to go buy it...). Even then, it's easy to see why Bemani would go through the trouble of getting other artists' remakes of popular songs; the liscenses are likely to be cheaper and/or easier to get. Case and point: Like a Virgin and Believe in the new US PS2 Extreme.
