Im planning on buying a Konmai beatmania controller and ,aybe 1 or 2 Beatmania games, Im pretty much a noob to the home versions of Beatmania, S i was Wondering which games I will get the most out of or ones that you guys reccomend, preferably under 70$ |

Well, if your talking about 5 key beatmania I can't really help you much but as far as 7 key goes, I'll asuume you means games that are under 70 dollars APIECE. I would go with 5th style and 8th style because not only do they provide the bulk of songs universally regarded as good both are fairly easy cheap and easily attainable.
Controller wise your options are pretty much the konami ASC or konami official. I would say go with the konami officla as it's a strudy easily moddable controller. Once you get better you might consider one the plethora of homebrew ASC's that can be found on www.bemanistyle.com or the official konami one. Or you could even make your own with a little soldering experience.
I hope you have fun and enjoy IIDX. Although it's expensive I think you'll find the experience rewarding and fun enough to be worth the purchase. _________________
