One bad thing about christmas:
CANT PLAY DDR AS MUCH
i have to buy gifts for christmas, or, more specifically, gifts for poor people, so my mom is making me not play DDR
anyone else have these problems? _________________

my mother used to freak out when I played upstairs because it sounded like i was going to "come through the ceiling" and now I play downstairs but I can't play when she's home and wants to watch TV
She also gets annoyed at the mall cuz I'll scamper off for a few hours leaving her with all my belongings lol and she can't leave more than 10 feet from me or I won't have my epi-pen should I need it. _________________

No problems at all, but sometimes my dad gets a bit steamed when I run away and come back asking for money. Plus it's kind of weird when your grandparents are llike "what do you want for christmas?" and you're like "A DDR pad and a DDR game!" They're kind of like "WTF?" And you say "Dance Dance Revolution" as if that would clear everything up. But it doesn't, and they're still confused... you feel stupid. Oh well, I'm still probably going to get the stuff. _________________

My parents love it (except for the shelling out of $25 a weekend for 10 hour saturdays at the mall, lol) because it gets me out of the house (I'm usually couped up in my room like a hermit, as my dad says. _________________

My parents love it. They like the fact that im getting exercise and stuff, and my mom didnt mind shelling out $100 for a Red Octane pad. I, unfortunately had to buy the mod chip and the games, so, yeah. _________________

" You need to get on all the rides first. You can go to the arcade(aka go to DDR) last."
" O.k. but ur using ur money"

hmm that's really wierd, I thought punk was all about letting people be the way they want, heh I've been treated wierd for listening to weird crap and looking odd but if I had children and they wanted to listen to bluegrass and dance around in a ballerina outfit I wouldn't try to force them out of it, just as long as it makes them happy. |
