Hi. I have now in my home what, to me, is the ultimate DDR setup. Now that I have achieved my ideal home DDR situation, I would still like to add some stuff. Namely: lights. I would like to know if anyone had any suggestions on how to rig up some sort of lighting system to go with my PS2 home versions of DDR. I would like for some sort of multi-colored lights to flash in rhythm with the music. I know this may sound excessive, but if anyone could help, I would really appreciate it. _________________

Holy. Crap. those are awesome. They would enhance my DDRin' quite a bit. Thanks for the info!!! Although I was looking for something that would mainly attach to my ceiling (like in a dance club). I saw some on eBay that could somehow be made to go in time with the music, but it said they needed some sort of "in sync software". However, these seem way more inexpensive and also easier to install. Not only that, but imagine a room with a big screen TV, some sweet dance pads, and about 16 of those lights all pulsating to the rhythm of the music!!! sweeeeeet... _________________

Hmmm, nice, except they're only 3.1" tall. A good starting point but seems like you'd need several of these to create something noticable that fits into a large setup. _________________

Yeah dude, those LEDs are meant for case lighting, and would be monumentally unimpressive. I've tried in the past to find some sort of system that would accomplish what you are discribing with club like lighting but havent found anything, but I assure you that is not what you are looking for.
Although perhaps if you bought a set and disected the wiring you could use the small power supply from the USB to activate some sort of trigger on a larger light set??
0.o Yeah idk... |

yeah, I didn't order the small lights, being as I realized how small and unimpressive they would be. If I ever get my entire stuff set up, with the lights and everything, I'll post some pics. _________________
