I've determined that there's no way to do this if you don't want to provide a credit card number. There is currently only one non-CC offer available (ebay.ca) and to receive credit for it, it requires you to also do the uBid offer (which requires a credit card) or the Choose a Degree offer (which will have a college counselor contacting you regarding your supposed submission. Try explaining to him/her that you only created a submission so that you could get a Nintendo DS.)
Unless someone can tell me otherwise, I'd say that this is too risky. |

yeah he will be adding ebay.com back soon tomorrow hopefully. He just had to fix up some crediting problems with it.
AND ITS NOT PYRAMID SCHEME DAMNIT.
THERE IS NO DAMN TOP THAT BENEFITS... SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT NOT ONLY ONE EFFIN PERSON BENEFITS. |
