you know what you need? you need to have an option that'll remove a location once it doesn't exist anymore. |

I second this idea, as long as it's pictures of the venue and people playing, not some random player doing a wannabe Yasu after AAAing a song.
I think what should be added is a drop box that includes what kind of currency the machine takes, whether it's a game card, DKS key, tokens, quarters, nickels, dollar bills, whathaveyou. I think this helps someone who is planning their day and maybe says "Oh, I have Scandia tokens from Victorville, that's cool cuz I can use them to Fairfield." Or, if someone has a DKS, they can take it with them and see whether it (doesn't) work.
This might be a long shot (and I'm only bringing this up because it's a local issue) is to properly mention somewhere whether the DDR pad is inoperative, barely working or have great sensors. There's two machines in my area that are just dead, and I can't let people know of that unless 3 people give it approval (yes, it is mentioned in the local thread, I'm thinking of the people that just go to the machine locations).

I was wondering about how machine locations work. I was just in Disney World and had done a search to find out what machines were in Orlando. I played the one in Wonderworks that was came up in the locations search, but was surprised to find a Disney Dancing Stage or whatever it's called in the Tomorrowland arcade in the Magic Kingdom of Disney World iteself. It was very cute. Doesn't have a heavy level though as far as my kids and I could tell. And it only has a few songs that are remixes of Disney tunes.
But it was a Konami game and had Dance Dance Revolution across the bottom of the machine. So should that be listed? _________________

To remove a machine location, when you go to modify the location, simply remove the machines from the location. This will prompt deletion of the location (as there are no more DDR machines at the location).
We probably ought to add Dancing Stage if it's not already available...
Thanks for the suggestions, gang. We'll look into them and see how it goes. _________________

As a dedicated DDR player. I pledge to do my best to make sure that the machines in my area are kept up to date. The only problem is that the closest one is 3-4hours away. Whenever I go to Vegas or Salt Lake I look to see if locations exist (and they always have, thanks DDR Freak and fans who input the info!) but it would be way cool to put one in the southern Utah area. These people need to know what the heck DDR is. It drives me crazy!

I'm going to guess there is no place else for you to play. Cause if there were there would be no way in hell I would continue to give people like that my money. |

would it be possible to make the area search larger? like 75 or 100 miles? it would help people who want to go play ddr, but are to far away from a machine to find one with the 50 mile radius _________________

I'm not seeing the "submit new machine" button anywhere, so here goes.
High Velocity Sports
46245 Michigan Ave.
Canton, MI 48188
DDR Exteme
$.75 for 3 songs
it does have 2 memory slots
Machine is right past the hockey rink and to the right.
The machine is incredibly loud which is awesome.
Lots of people normally watch (20+, even for terrible players)
Pads are in decent condition.
Open every day 11 am to midnight.
and if you go to the website
www.hvsports.com, you can follow my 2 time champion dodgeball team win our third trophy at the place. _________________

Hi,
I updated Nickel City, Carmel Mountain, California a few months ago it seems...
Because two people probably didnt actually visit the arcade and just voted that it didnt have Percusison Freaks 4th mix and Beatmania III, It still isnt listed.
Should I post pictures to prove to everyone that they do have them? _________________
