I was on TV once. I was at a tournament and they asked me stuff and they put it on the ABC news. Unfourtunately, nobody watches that. I didn't even watch it.
Oh, yeah, yay for running! |

i didnt know ddr helped running. for me, running helps ddr, and thats only stamina-wise. theres certain muscles i cant build while playing ddr that are essential for running. maybe its just me. anyways, congratulations _________________

I'm with Maxx 9999 on this one; at one time I actually started running in part to help improve my stamina (the other part was because a friend coerced me into running). Right now I think I should start doing it again, just because I can't pass Max 300 yet.
At one point in time, I used to play DDR with ankle weights, too. _________________

I'm a cross country runner as well. Just finished CWOSAA which is basically a qualifier for OFSAA.
I found that running definitely helped me with DDR since I dont get as tired, etc. |

Yep, DDR helps with running. Thanks to it, I am a top runner in the good ol' state of New Mexico! I can't wait until the state meet! _________________

DDR can definitely help with running as it helps to increase your stamina. While I'm no cross country runner, I've found that I can run around places and not get winded. |
