I get a headach all the time. Scince everyone at my arcade Sux beond all belife (Except for that 1 time Gay Goblin and some other guy came in) everyone screames in my ear saying "OMG your really good" of cource that also ruins my concetation. Fools.

Do you eat a lot of sugar products? Not enough nutrients maybe.

same thing happened to me. i went to the doctor about it. i just wasnt drinking enough, drink more!

Diarrhea is caused by dehydration. Drinking water is very good for it.

I also get headaches, but it's not dehydration; I usually drink about 32 oz. of water an hour, if not more, and I don't sweat that much. I decided it was the jumping and stomping for hours that jars the brain.

i asked my dad (he's really smart) and he said you get headaches because of dehydration. the heat tries to escape from your head and gets trapped because the openings in your head only open when you are well hydrated.

also... i always feel so very high after i play. i see colors and the ground spins a bit. feels really good. once my friend and i ddr'ed at six flags for an hour on standard and when i walked out i almost passed out. i was at the drinkin' fountain for like 2 minutes. he timed it!

It is the best feeling in the world to walk out of an arcade after 4 hours of ddr. It's like drugs to me!
