i am indeed in a pickle
i have reached a crossroads. Having been dancing for about four months and exhausting every US version of console ddr, i have sought a local arcade machine. I search far and wide, but i have yet to find one: ney in the bowling alley, or the mall, or yonder laser tag. But in the GAY BAR. GAY BAR. GAY BAR. I seek your solace grief, and advice. pity me.

Dude, just go try it out once. I bet you the atmosphere isn't as bad as you think. Hey, I think it would be hilarious if the local gay bar here had DDR.

Then again, if you're under 21 then I guess you have a whole different set of problems getting in the door to begin with.

Actually, I find GLBT clubs to be a lot more social than most mainstream clubs...mainly because at the former, hardly anyone is worried about trying to appear as some social norm....

Seeing as how you've clearly already been in the gay bar several times as you've pointed out, what's the problem? Did you really go there to find a DDR machine anyways? Maybe you just don't want to admit your homosexuality. If someone told me that the ONLY place in my area that a DDR Machine was existed was in a gay bar, and I should go there to check it out, I'd think they were playing a joke on me

For some reason I can see you getting a positive response from the crowd if you are good in that scenario.

Might be funny to have a bunch of drunk gay dudes cheering you on while the voiceover guy is like "I CANT STOP CRYING..THE TEARS...!". Sounds like a twisted feel-good moment lmao.

This topic reminds me of remember the movie American Wedding when they are all at the gay bar and Stiffler is so full of himself that he wants all the gay people to like him, so he starts dancing, like he has a dance off with one of the people there. One of the songs is The Reflex too.

Nice show of courage! But I would try to find another ddr machine. (It might mean going 5 more minutes further but gay drunkards lol screw them!)PLus you will be supporting the gay bar and the buisness will go slightly higher, hope stufff comes through.

I've been playing at every arcade DDR location here in the Southern California area since April 1999; I've been to over 100+ DDR Arcade Locations all around the USA! And now, I'm hitting a crossroad! I'm getting tired for being an official DDR arcade locations scout, and now I'm getting ready to retire! Any suggestions on who can do the job better than I can? Please reply, over! Thanks!
