Getting my characters & announcer to work

I downloaded the 5th mix preview pack for characters and a 4th mix announcer.

The character didn't work because I needed a bone file. Anyway, I got the file so where does it go? I tried 2 locations and it still shuts off when I choose a character.

As for the announcer the directions just say to put it in the announcer folder. Do I need to make another folder within the announcer folder (just like how the songs are arranged) for it to work?

Any info would be helpful.

Yes you must have a folder for each anouncer.

Actually i've been messing around with the characters and now know a little about what makes em' tick.

I put my face on robo2001 aka Rob 2001,

I'm going to try and figure out more about this but if you goto my site's forum the file of the character I made can be found in the Simulation Thread. My site address is www.BemaniNation.com

I haven't seen or even heard of anyone ever doing this before. Check it out, in the meantime here are pics of what I did.

Oh, Jareko if you want the characters you have to visit www.plasmadance.com then click on characters. Some of them can be found there. They also have the "Bones" file you need too.

that's weird cuz i use Stepmania 3.9, downloaded the UM2 announcer, gave it its own folder, and i heard no voice at all during the game.

i don't use announcers, but i'm pretty sure after downloading the pack you turn it on in the options.
