Lucky me, I've only got cramps in the night from ddr and I may have cut my foot like twice in my crappy Cyphergames metal mat. That things got like a really bad in it and I also like got my foot shocked yesterday when playing doubles with socks.

I have played until the soles of my feet ripped away inside my shoe, and I had to play on raw flesh. No joke.

knowing Josh here, I woudl have to say he is talking about when he plays Initial D.

Anyways, I once did that, in fact. It really did hurt, and I now quit after 6-8 hours straight to take abreak.

Yeah i got a bad sprane once, I woke up, got out of bed and onto the pad and started on some heavy song. The lesson here: warmup song, do something on standard/light first. That ankle was about to heal up, then I did max300 on standard and passed it. Needless to say that delayed the healing process for a few weeks.

I blocked a slap shot with my ankle in a hockey game 3 days ago. Needless to say, it's really swollen so I haven't tried DDR since. Prolly will as soon as I can walk properly though biggrin.gif

I broke my toe almost two weeks ago and it's killing me. I thought that I'd be back ddring in a couple days, but I can't wear shoes or anything yet. The doctor said three to six weeks before doing anything like ddring, but it depends on how my toe actually feels.

I saw this kid that had a broken foot, yet he still played, cast and everything. He had to majorly rape the bar though, but he still did heavy and did pretty darn good.

Got a couple to put down....

First injury: twisted my knee when first trying HV:AM a long while ago. Stayed off the pad for a good couple of days.

After that, it was a sprained ankle several times and plenty of cramps. Elevating your game hurts like hell....

I have a size 13 foot. My shoes were a 12. erm.gif Played for two days in those small shoes, the next day both toes were bruised. They still are, actually (4 weeks later)

Oh yeah, at the arcade I go to, there's a ball pit. I decided to do some front flips inside it, did like 3 of them perfect, but on the one I came down on my pinky toe (only wearing socks, no shoes) It hurt a little bit, but then I played waka laka, leading cyber and paranoia survivor disgust.gif

so that's 3 weeks later and yes, pinky toe still hurts frown.gif

I once broke my toe in a situation completely unrelated to DDR... but couldn't stop playing, because I was too addicted, so I just played on light for a while... and my accuracy ended up improving a whole lot because of it. So I took it as a good thing that I was forced to take it easy for a while.

Other than that... I've fallen off the pads on doubles a couple of times... once it was because a bolt came undone while I was playing and the two pads moved ~6 inches apart. Luckily both times I just ended up with scraped and bruises.

I'm so coordinated laugh.gif

I have torn ligament in my right knee that I injured from a long time ago which does act up on occasion when I play. I usually just aches, though on occasion it has been known to feel like my femur is saying hello to my ankle blink.gif .

I was completely out of it for a while and tried Maxx Unlimited, I collapsed onto my hands and knees but I didn't black out,

Otherwise,

No sustained injuries!

It isn't very serious, but I dragged my foot on the bottom of the pool in my school and peeled a good chunk of my skin off my foot. Now it stings when I take a shower or twist it, but I can still play DDR (it just stings like hell).
