If you're ever looking to be good, definitally play 2 handed. My friend has been playing the same time as me, only he uses SM 1 handed instead of my 2. I have max 300, max unlimited, max period, paranoia survivor max, paranoia survivor max oni, paranoia respect, and sakura all AAA'd. Also AAA'd Quasar and Stunt Flying.
He hasnt even AAA'd a single 10 footer |

It's funny since I'm the only black kid around this area who plays the game, it's great how some of the spectators call me the "White Boy Beater" LMAO |

i play with 1 hand and can AAA regular DDR 10 footers so there really isnt a "limit" to playing 1 handed i dont think. Just keep practicing. |

i disagree... regular ddr songs are fine to use one hand with, but once you get into things like stunt flying, asb, and stuff like that..... 1 hand wont be as good as 2, i guarentee... |

nice pointless post...
to AAA psm oni with a low amount of perfects, i use two fingers one on each hand for the last long string of steps. This is because all of it is in an order -- you never need to use one finger/foot twice if you cross right. so basically, i cross with my fingers like theyre my feet, and i usually get a pretty good marv to perfect ratio. |

that is pretty damn good with two fingers. V i can believe pretty easily. Gravity and A are a tough sell. A requires 16ths at 191, which is extremely tough with two fingers, but gravity is pretty much "16ths" or repeated 8th note doubles, which is easier on one hand, but its still tough. id like to believe you though, cause thatd be awesome with two fingers. would you happen to have a video camera? cause id like to see that technique.
and on topic, i use two hands. pretty much indexes, but i throw in my right middle when theres a buncha jumps in streams. _________________

A player is considered good in my opinion when a player of a higher level comments about you or see's you triple A a song. Or if somebody looks up to you. Hope it clarifies. |

I can believe the 10 footers and V because I can do those. But I get 2/3rd's the way through A, and you can simply forget about Gravity. How many fingers are you playing with? _________________

yeah, I play alternating between 3 and 2 fingers (depending on if the pattern has a lot of up and down arrows) and A is just too fast to do for me. I think the fastest I can do 16th runs at with one hand for an extended period of time is 170. A is 191 and I forget how fast gravity is, but I know I can't do it. |
