Waka Laka happens to be my favorite DDR song aside from A Stupid Barber; I should know what it's about, I figure.

Capriccio was correct in his statement that the song is about being way happy, as far as I can discern.

However, there will always be those who think Waka Laka is about drugs, as this contoversy has popped up now and again. But verily I say unto you, Waka Laka is not about drugs until you make that funky video that makes it seem that way.

Besides, it's much more fun to believe it's a song about drugs.

Oh well if it's about drugs that doesn't make it any worse of a song. I still enjoy playing Waka Laka. Sometime I think people over-analyze things.
