lol this weekend was HIlarious..we went to play at the local arcade and everything was going just great...until some little kids decided it was their turn...naturally i wasn't just going to be an jackass and yell at them so i decided to let them play. they picked their song and it was on beginner so they "cleared" it and they got to pick the next song. i helped them out and showed them a song that they could play and they could also recognize the tune. anyway they s00n failed and that was that///or was it?! they put 8 more quarters in and i just had to say something..i was very nice and i was telling them that other people had been waiting in line and tried to explain the coin rule etc. etc. anyway they blew me off and i got soooooooooooooooooooo mad..(in my head at least)..well me and a few others decided that it was time to do something...mean. we put them on heavy and they didn't know anything of it until it was there time to go...it t00k about 3 seconds for them to fail and me and some others laughed and laughed and quickly t00k the pad over...i'm pretty sure that qualifies as hellbound...what do you think?

Im not sure if t5hat qualifies as hellbound but that was more of a joke to me rather than a mean attack on those kids. I have seen it done millions of times

Er...it sounds to me like you put up with them okay. But I'm curious, why do you use zeroes when you have double o's in your words? Also...Arcade Experiences might be a better thread for this.

HAHAHA thats funny but i got a good one challenge someone to ddr if they lose they pay you 20 bucks if they win you pay them 20 bucks

i hate little kids who do stuff like that hog the machine just challenge them (it doesnt have to be for $$$ but maybe playing time or whatever)

Somewhere in the world are at least two religions that states that everyone else is going to hell. And since we ALL can't be part of either religions we are totally hellbound!

The real question is, who is going to apply for a job there? ;-P

Well I always say I have a front row seat in hell so if you are hellbound I'll save you a seat too. Hmm might think about getting a job in hell. could be fun and I might get to weild a pitchfork.

All in all you handled the situation alot better than I would have. So I see no problem.

Not a bad way to handle it. I think I would have handed them enough quarters/tokens for a turn and just booted them off and took my turn.

I thought the coin rule was pretty simple actually. More so when the arcade puts up one of those plastic coin place holders like we have. And even so it seems some people just don't get it.

Rawrz. I hate it when the little 6-9 year old kids comes and they don*t know how to play. So sometimes, if they*re being mean or hogging the machine I*ll put it on heavy by 'accident' or I*ll pick one of the Paranoias or Maxxes and say "Wow, you seem to be doing good, you should try this on standard!" Hehe, boost their ego.

Sometimes they put in a zillion tokens and don*t realize it.

you would have been hellbound if you had put them on heavy for no reason. but since they were rude and blew you off, there wasnt much more for you to do. you would have looked like a complete retard telling the manager. "manager, those kids are hogging the game." And then they would have come back for revenge. this way, they were embarrassed,so they didn't come back. Good way to deal with seriously spoiled little brats.

There was this one girl that just saw DDR and decided to try it on beginner:
1st Stage- La Copa de la Vita
2nd Stage- La Copa de la Vita
3rd Stage- La Copa de la Vita
Final Stage- La Copa de la Vita
She obviously didn't know that people were still waiting, so she also kept putting a buttload of tokens into the machine and kept playing the same goddamn song and tells me "I can do this all day". Once she ran out of money she says "Alright, you can play until I get back." Who the hell does she think she is? Does she really think the world revolves around her? Anyway, I try to ignore it and go up and play, then out of nowhere, thos 7-year old boy cuts right in front of me and acts as if he didn't even see me. Am I fu.cking invisible!?!? So he goes and rapes Daikenkai on Light. By the time he's done, that bitc.h comes back with more money and continues playing La Copa de la Vita on Beginner. I never got to play until an hour and a half later.

It would have been meaner to put on mods with the pad rather than put on Heavy. Plus it's funnier to see the reactions of people when they see boost and reverse on.

I used to hate little kids playing on the arcade. but with this 9 year old i know.. he just got a B on Matsuri Japan... heavy...

Hahha. That was great! Im surpised u acted calmly at first though. I do the same as u, if they cut once its fine. But if they keep puttin coins in, i get pissed. One time this kid tried to play like 5 times in a row. So the 4th time he was about to put his in, but i walked up and put mine in first. So i hop onto the machine. That was that. He tried to get one of the workers to yell at me, but i know most of the staff there
