How retarded is this...Arcade is 10x better the home. Even if you have an awesome pad at home....nothing beats the crowd you get at the arcade |

Both versions are good, but the arcade is better.
It's easier and more accurate than the soft pads i use at home. |

If Konami would start making American home mixes that weren't full of crap, I might say home. However, seeing as the arcade is the one with all the good songs that Konami doesn't think deserve to be on home mixes, I say arcade, by far. |

I prefer the arcade anyday. Maybe that*s because I don*t own PS2, so therefore, no DDR at home. . . . But I go over my friends' houses alot and we play on their pads. At home, it*s better to practice, get better on without wasting all your money & failing new songs you haven*t played yet, practicing freestyling, and playing off weird dares & playing styles. But to me, it*s harder at home, easier at the arcade. And I just like the arcade better Plus, there, you can meet people. |

I prefer the arcade atmosphere. You get to hang out with friends more(you can at home too, but you get my point), and of course, the crowds. It's always cool when you get a good crowd. _________________

At home, it's easier for me to get practice in on those difficult songs so I don't have to burn tokens, or if I don't feel like going anywhere. Arcade is the application of what I've learned or practiced; also to meet people. Am not exactly the type to draw attention to myself, but DDR tends to get people to notice me at least a little bit. Now if only that attractive blonde watching me a couple weeks ago wasn't married... |

I like playing at home cause I can play whenever I want, doesn't cost any money, and all the luxuries of a home are right there.
But in the end, arcade is better. First off, you get a rush from the crowd being there, the pads are better, and, I find, its easier than at home. (doubles are much easier to hit, at home i have to delay till its slightly off beat to hit them, wierd-most likely because of the USB adapter for the compy) |

Arcade is way better because the pads r better but if u have a metal pad at home and its good and the ones u play at the arcade suck buttocks then i would just have my friends come over and play at my house until they fix the pads |
