My sister bothers me all the time when I'm playing double at home. I really haven't had any trouble at the arcade, its pretty much a known fact in my arcade to not play unless invited and everyone knows what double means.

Good for you man. At my arcade... Well, I'll just tell you about today.

I had just finished "WWW.Blondiegirl" on Heavy. And was leaning against the machine.

Then this 5 your old black kid (FYI I'm black too) steps on the pad next to me and asks, "How many tickets do you get?"
This just shows that this next generation of gamers is going to pot...
"Zero" I said.
"CanIplayCanIplayCanIplayCanIplayCanIplayCanIplayCanIplayCanIplay"
"Wait till I finish this last song."
"Okay... can I use your card"
The little snot was then standing behind me on my pad with two other smaller kids.
"No... and all right... you kids gotta disperse..."
"Can I use your card"
"Perhaps you didn't understand me... leave."
"Can I use you card?"
"NO!"
"Then I won't leave..."
I stooped down to eye level with him.
"Notice I'm taller and stronger then you. Leave."
I pushed the two smaller kids off the stage, and the bigger one ran away.
I think they shouldn't allow kids that age to be unattended.

I didn't PUSH them hard... that just would be uncalled for... and I was getting kinda annoyed... long day. But I shouldn't have done that. I feel bad about it.

Yeah I know what that's like. I was playing ddr one day and some little kid jumped on the pad while I was doing rhythm and police on heavy. So I stepped on his foot and he fell and started crying. I felt really bad even though it wasn't my fault cuz earlier I told him to get off.

One time when I was at my local bowling alley this kid about 7 or 8 that thought he was well 'ard with an oversized Neo Genesis Evangelion shirt while I was playing Waka Laka heavy said "Woah. That kid is hella gay. He's jumping around like an idiot." I got a B on it a he said "Woah. You suck major dock dick. I could do better with a blindfold." So I proceed to do Love Love Sugar to try and AA it and he starts stepping on the left arrow. Once he noticed my combo kept going, he pushed me off the pad. I got back onto the pad a few seconds before it would fail but then he got pissed when I still passed it with a B. Then he pulled out a crowbar from his huge backback and threatened to beat me with it. Then I reported him to the front desk then he got PWN'D! by the police.

The moral is, little kids are dicks.

And one last thing, his hoody said "2pac 4 lyf" when probably didn't even know who 2pac was.

Sometimes these kids will start stepping on the pads while your playing. What they don't understand is that besides the fact that it is incredably annoying, it causes you to miss the notes.

There should be age requirements for DDR.

Sound to me like you got pushed around by a little kid with the only option of 'telling' someone as your way out. I would have punted the little rooster-sucker!

Well, I don't have any stories but, I do have a moral to yours.

Well kiddies, lesson learned,

Even if you have Rei Ayanami on your shirt, she ain't gonna save your buttocks if you try to rough around with people unjustly. (especially DDR players)

But whoa? 7 year old with a crowbar? If i was in the crowd I wouldve dove at him and disarmed him.....(dysfunctional little kid)

Also, yeah, why not just backhook kick that idiot?

Aite this is kinda like his store but , its about this 18 yrold.

He as kme if he could play my round, i told him wait then i would pay for him since i dont want to be annoyed. so he grabbed my card out of my hand and ran. So when i cought up with him, he was like "Dude, im sorry i will give ur card back"

He was scared bc i pulled out a pocket knife. Yes i can be mean, but when someone take me that far, i get piss off. Well if its a lil kid then i wont do or say another. the reason that 17 yr old was bugging me for the card is bc he ran out of hrs on his card. come on the damn card is only 20 dollars.
Well mine is free ssince a friend of mine works there to let me get in for free.

Ya - take it from him and stick it on top of the machine. Chances are, he's too short to get it. and too weak to keep you from restraining him. A little arm twisting usually can persuade people easily.

But as for individual occasions, there was only one. A little girl was sorta playing around on the machine and im all cool with that, but she started edging toward my side. and i had to stop and tell her it was ok to stay on that side but she would have to watch out and be careful

It was song one and all and of course i failed and lost my dollar but I'd rather do that than accidentally hurting her.

Come on, for real... is it really worth it to get thrown out of an arcade forever just to be tough?

Well, I've never really had a big problem with little kids, in fact i might be slighlty guilty of it.riiight.gif When I went to the arcade for the first time, i didn't know wanythign about the coin or card system. So i aited for a alf hour and got sick of seeing people just walk up and cut me finally i just got up ther befroe a kid came to claim his coin, i couild tell he knew i cut him, but it was also obvisous that neither one of us wanted to fight.

Another time i was at the mall and i was play Dive (deeper and Deeper style) on heavy and this little kid just hung on the other bar and peeered over it with those big five year old eyes. So then I played breakdown on heavy and by the time i finished there were three little kids begging me to let them play but i told them no and they walked away, but onje stuck his tongue out at me, I cracked up laugh.gif

Incase you dont know already,my arcade has a lot of brats, thanks to rap music's sexual lyrics telling about how good boot knocking is.So,Im usually assaulted by 5-9 year olds because they like rap and not Japaniese techno/hip-hop.

Well, theres a gothic player at our machine. He's not gothic, but he has a spiked wrist band,Disturbed T shirt, and Slipknot jeans.I was wearing my lucky black pants with my lucky black shirt with a white dragon on it(It was what I wore when I finally beat Afranova on trick back a coupla months ago). Then this Christian fanatic(no offence;Im christian too,but HEAVY METAL'S WHERE IM AT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)stars yelling,"Goth is Satain's way!!!!!!!!Devil Worshiper's who cant dance over here!!!"and he began pionting to me and my fellow player.I walked up to the guy and said,"You wanna waste my time?Okay.",just like Tony Montana woulda said it."You worship Satain!!!!!Stop speaking evil to me!"Now,I was pissed. Not only did he make my fellow player fail Drop Out on Maniac, but he made me sick.I mean,Slipknot isnt gothic;they just have induvidually bad past. But this basturd never bought their new CD.So,I let him go.Not minutes later,he hangs on out 4th mix Plus.I then begin Dont Stop on Maniac. He begins stomping on the other pad and pushes me into another game.I thyen tackle him into the Galant machine and resieve a two day ban.THIS GUY GOT KICKED OUTTA HIS QUIRE AND RECIEVED A LIFE BAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank God for a DDR loving manger.
