What do you eat while or after playing DDR?

If ur gonna be playing fast and long, personally, you shouldnt eat alot of food with sugar in it before ow while playing ddr, caffene is good though! Energy drinks are cool....Chips and cheesey poofs are my favorite, BUT!!!! ITS MOST IMPORTANT TO KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED!

I go for either Chinese food or italian... Mostly becuase we have 2 buffet places in town. Golden Dragon and Valentinos... I luvs me sum buffets!

And if i'm poor at the moment. I'll Eat Ramen noodles.

since i go to Cracker Jaxs to play DDR i usually just have a bottle of water and some Nacho's with cheese. (They give me energy!!!!) i may bring like a gatorade or something but not any food.

well it's kinda tradition for me and whoever I'm with to go to Taco Bell after we play, as long as the girls didn't come. The way I see it is we look like crap so why not eat food that does too.

Ussually an 8oz rare-med/rare bacon cheeseburger, and a side of jalapeno cheese fries or onion rings. I almost threw up today playing ddr after that, but I work at fuddruckers, eat before my lunch break, then ddr on my break. And lots of water, I always bring my brita water filter bottle so I can have a constant supply of good water.

if i'm at home i get chocolate milk or carbonated drinks and eat hotdogs or pizza or something. if i'm at the arcade i don't waste money on f00d or drinks so its water fountain for me!

i dont eat anything while playing for two reasons:
1) theres no food allowed in the arcade
2) the restaurant thats in the same building has the suckiest italian food. their pizza is frozen, then reheated until uber greasy and slightly burnt. yuck.

lol, dont eat during DDR if you do heavy, seriously, I threw up at my friends house because I kept eating tacos, lol, his mom got mad, just remember to drink water or gatorade!

I eat absolutely nothing while playing and if I do I don't play afterwards and usually for about an hour after I finish playing i don't eat because it makes me nauseus from being so hyped up.

I dont eat anything. But I drink a pt. of water while playing and a pt. after. It keeps me really hydrated. :3 Actually, thats only at home. At the arcade I dont drink anything. XD
