usually, if im at a new arcade, i just wait and make sure no one takes my turn >_<. but.. i usually play guitar freaks, puzzle fighter, guilty gear, and beatmania complete mix 2. PPP too...when it was around *sniff*

Um, I usually rotate b/t DDR, Beatmania, and Time Crisis (3?). I wish we had a guitar freaks or percussion freaks machine around here, I'd love to try one

Usually, I'll just wait my turn or take a run through SC2's Conquest mode. Sometimes, I'll end up playing House of the Dead 3 because people often put two tokens in without realizing it takes four to play, and I'm not one to pass up a discounted game.

If we had The Grid anywhere around here, I imagine I'd be all over that for the duration of my arcade visit.

The Grid is very much fun. It's definitely one of the best multiplayer arcade games I've ever played. I think it can be best summed up with this equation:

War: Final Assault x Eleventy billion + Corny game show host = The Grid

You should give it a try, at least once.

Beatmania Complete Mix (5 stages) (only Beatmania machine in arcade... >_< )
Initial D: Ver. 2 (one run is avg. 3 min, almost equal to 3 DDR songs)
DrumMania 4th Mix (3 stages)
DDR 4th Mix Plus (Basic Mode as warmup, if waiting to play DDR Extreme)

I've seen pics of The Grid from one of my mortal Kombat games that has scorpion in The grid.

Anyway I usually wait or am first in playing my DDR machine in this town.

Not too many play except like fridasys or something but even then it's dead so I'm the one first AND last coming off the pad when the day is done (Or my money is spent. >.<; )

Not just a random arcade game, but litterally as i wait to play ddr, i play the mrs. pacman/gallaxian Bundle machine right next to the machine. It's fun, simple, doesn't take to much distraction while waiting, right next to the machine, and the best part, it's only a quarter, so when it's my turn i just quit or pass it on to the next random guy beside me. Who ever put that machine next to the ddr ex, is quite the genious indeed.

But other random arcade games not as i wait for ddr, but as i'm still in the arcade, it's mainly just the Time Crisis 2, or maybe the Tekken 4 farther into the arcade. I miss Eddy Gordo

...although the replacement chick is ALOT hotter, i must say
