How long did it take you to get your first Heavy?

Second week, Higher. I actually wanted to try it on standard and accidently put it on heavy. Never knew while I played.

First to A was Holic, about a month I'm guessing.

i was doing 7s on standard, so i tried lets groove(6 on heavy) and A'd it first try. my first real heavy song i passed was super star (8 footer). i don't consider a song a real heavy song if it's under 7 feet.

It took me exactly 2 months to get to Heavy. Got a B on Gentle Stress the 2nd time I tried it.

First song I got an A on Heavy was A

First cata was Tsugaru.

it took me about 3 and a half months to reach heavy [actually, back then, when I first started playing...it was still called "maniac"]

My first heavy/maniac was about four weeks after i started, but it's not bragging to say that the song was Cutie Chaser by club spice. My first A ever was on Higher (Konamix) but my first heavy A was on once again... Cutie Chaser.

The first song I attempted on heavy was Holiq. It took me about a week to A it after playing DDR for 4 months. Some songs on heavy are easier than other songs on light/standard. 'Remember You' and 'think ya better D' come to mind.

I still call it Maniac.. It was only SSR on the korean mode and 2nd mix and below I think.. because I don't remember it being called SSR On 3rd mix Oh well.Light and Heavy sound too much Like the game is trying to make you lose weight. MY first Maniac was done in I'm ganna say .. 1 whole day.. me and my friend played non-stop. It was on 3rd mix and I beleive the song was Think your better D... but I'm not quite sure.. It could have been Gentle Stress Either way I passed those both in the same night. My frist A....for maniac.. hmmm.. This is a tough one.. AM3P or It could have been Wonderland... But now a days.. I could probably A everything on 3rd mix.. I want to go back to 3rd mix and 4th mix plus.. and 5th is just plaing cutting it.. I think they screwed up ddr with 6th and Up .. there's some good songs.. but all the modifyers.. (besides freeze arrows) are kinda lame.. my opinion though.

Double pad I remember Clearly.. It was AM3P .. and yet again.. it only took me 1 day because I didn't bother with basic and trick on double pad.

I have no idea how long but I know it wasn't more then a few months... my first heavy song was let them move

I liked the mass of 16ths and such so i tried it and passed. I remember i ran to tell my mom and she was like "that's nice honey... is that good?"

It took me about three months to move up to Trick, mainly because I was always so scared of failing. Because of this, it took me a total of about four and a half months to get to Maniac.

My first song was If You Were Here (B4 Za Beat Mix). It probably would've been Kick The Can, but so many people at my arcade raped it, I made a vow never to play it on Heavy.

It was around a month...first song I passed was Put Your Faith In Me...then my first A was soon after that on Let's Groove which was also my first heavy AA about 2 weeks after that.

I week but it was a 4 footer on heavy

OK it took me 3 weeks to play on on heavy all the time.
A a week or 2 later i Aed Shiny Disco Balls then i AAed it which was my first heavy AA

I posted in here, but never actually said what my first Heavies were. I passed Cowgirl and Ordinary World on the same day, those were my first two passes. My first A was Abyss, as well as my first full combo.

Just kidding... umm about a couple of months and a lot of practicing, but that's before the insane songs and steps came out!

mine was abyss. took me like 3 months im guessing. i was freaking out because i could combo all the way through the half notes which was crazy for me. (like 60 combo...or 30 i forgot which)
