freeze arrows in edit mode

Is it possible to make them? if so, i just can't figure it out.

u have to hold the button down. if u want left freeze arrows then u hold left until to the point u want it to go to then let go.

You also have to turn them on. Their in the menu with the triplets.

Well, obviously. What would be the point without them? You might want to check the controls in it you know. Hit R1 to get 1\8 and 1\16 notes.

Oh, and to cancel one of those new found freezes, just make a new note in the middle of the freeze.
