You're joking, right? This game looks NOTHING like Beatmania, considering you don't choose from over 65 different songs to play, and then watch little bars drop down and hit them when they reach the bottom.
In this game, you MAKE your own music. You have an entire digital DJ-thing in front of you to make your own music. You can do whatever you want, but you pay $50 instead of thousands. _________________

I had a game/application like that for my old 486 computer many years ago called New Beat TranceMission. Made a great mix of the Warcraft music with it. It was pretty limited but I had a lot of fun with it. If this is anything like that was I'd consider it.

That controller looks hella expensive. Unless that isn't supposed to be the controller and is just ingame footage. |

I'm confused. Is it a beat-matching game or is it a program that turns your PS2 into some kind of a music making utility? Or is it both like how Karaoke Revolution could do both play a game or just run in plain karaoke mode?
It looks cool though. But that large turntable isn't purchased separately, is it? |

That shot of a turntable is just a render.
It looks like it's more of an interactive music mixer than a game from what I can see, but it's hard to tell from a handful of screenshots. I'd be happy with either, especially if there were some functionality that allowed you to integrate your own music. Between this and Groove I might feel justified in purchasing an EyeToy...assuming it ever came out in the US of course. _________________
