Just incase you haven't seen it yet.
Because I realize there are a lot of people that don't visit any other bemani site besides this one and I feel the need to brand my topic link on every single site that has relation to a music game simulator involving the pressing of four arrows in time with music.

That's pretty amazing. I don't two-hand it, though, and I play MAX 300 on 1.5x Music and usually FC it.

get a frick life. stop being such an egotistical jerk. I used to be pretty damn good at DDR, stepmania also, but the point is I didn't go around bragging about it. Tigger didn't either for a while, and GPF lith wiped the floor with tigger and everyone else, and he didn't brag 1% as much as you do.
Seriously, just because you're good it may give you the right to brag, but it doesn't mean you need to exercise that right. You're great at stepmania, maybe even DDR, awesome. Why do you feel the need to flaunt something everyone knows? You're just annoying people. |

hitting the keyboard with force makes it harder on you.
#1: hitting it with force causes the key to go down farther, thus making it longer to come back up, which makes it harder to hit the key fast.
#2: hitting it with force only makes a loud sound to keep the beat, if you have to do that to keep the beat, I guess.
#3: lightly but fast pressing on the keys makes it a lot easier to hit fast notes. |

dude, arch0wl does just fine hitting it harder. i mean come on...max600. and also, he has earned the right to brag, cause hes friggin insanely good. modest people arent inherently better than braggarts, either, so stop whining.

I dunno, I think that Arch0wl's abilities are impressive and he has the right to be able to be so cocky. Besides, I think it's better for someone to be outright cocky then pretend to be modest.
I'd say that his vids are just as impressive as the IIDX expert videos. Looks like that keyboard takes quite a beating though, I'm surprised it can last through it. |

1- Not at all...that time doesn't even make a difference. Your hands bounce back up faster when you hit harder...
I always hit the keys fairly hard. Its easier to MA. BUt if we're talking something like A on 1.5 music speed then I tap pretty lightly.
And yea, the videos are cool. Probably the most impressive thing there for me is the stupid quasar one...how he can keep time at that tempo for so long. I can only A it :X

Judging by that first comment I doubt you actually can pass it and you just made an assumption that you could. Judging by your second comment you probably think that passing MAX300 on extra stage or something is a larger accomplishment.  |

first of all, he didn't "wipe the floor" with tigger, he beat him by 3 perfects in 20 songs, and tigger was actually ahead a lot of the time until he decided to screw around on sakura. on a whole tigger beat lith on more songs that lith beat tigger on. second of all lith didn't "wipe the floor" with everyone else, cause more than half the people that entered didn't even play him. |
