I've never had one until last night. I dreamt that I was playing DDR (I didn't start playing or anything, I was just playing and it was understood that I had been playing for some time) on a very weird mode where I got extra points for repeating step patterns immediately after they appeared. And every time I hit one of these phantom patterns, I got the following weird-buttocks grades:
"Phlo!" (gray)
"Awesome!"
"Marvellous!" (But it looked different from the real one)
"Wicked!"
I seemed to be getting lots of points, even though my combo was only in the twenties. It was weird and couldn't have lasted longer than 20 seconds. |

I've had one dream that I can remember... I was playing, and I COULD NOT FAIL... at all, even if I tried, walked away from the machine, etc. etc. Life bar would stay full, no matter what, and give me AAA's for anything I selected... just... odd... _________________

i had a dream where i went to an arcade that was full of nothing but ddr machines!!! it rocked. there were all the mixes and there was different variations of ddr, like this one where you were strapped into this elaborate chair like you were flying a space ship and you had to fly in different terrain, like desert, space, suburbs, looking for ddr arrows. if you didnt find enough arrows when the song hit a certain beat, your dance gauge would decrease just like the normal game. i played xenon on heavy so there were plenty of arrows to find. when i got done playing this a few times, i went on to play max2 and konamix then i woke up and played the real thing, skipping school for a day.
all of you would do the same thing |

i've had a lot of ddr dreams.
i was at an arcade with some friends and i played it and i failed max 300. and then my history teacher was there, and then i was biking home with my dad and some thugs stole our bikes, so we had to walk along the freeway in seattle for a while...
my class was on a field trip to some hick-town and i got bored so me and a girl went to go find a club... we were told there's no club, but there is a DDR machine in the airport, so we go there and there's this white machine with only one pad... so i play it and pick a song i don't remember which one, and it was like, slow and constant 100% chaos right at the beginning (think 'bag' only with more 32 notes floods) so i was like "frick this" and left
i was supposed to be babysitting this little kid in one, but instead i ditched him and i went to a convention where they were showing off new arcade games, and there were two ddr machines... one was being hogged by a bunch of people so i went to the other that had like a crappy, broken pad that was like hanging off by a wire and it only had like 10 songs on it anyway (a 1.5 mix maybe) and i tried to play but the pad was so bad i failed. and then i went on a rollercoaster
...i just realised all mine are about failing. that's a little sad. _________________

Whenever I have ddr related dreams, they tend to be a stupidly large ammount of arrows, with multiple arrows in the same direction. IE: 3 lefts. |

I saw millions and millions of arrows scrolling all around me when i was a newb. It was kind of scary, like the arrows were attacking me. _________________

I get the scrolling arrows in my head if I play too much Stepmania before I go to bed.
But the worst has gotta be when you wake up with a stupid DDR song in your head... like Cartoon Heroes or Love Shine. O_o _________________
