WTF? Don't want Bemani to sue?!?!?!? Pfwahahahahaha! j00 need help. Bemani is a group of products made by Konami. Konami makes Bemani. DDR is Bemani. How could Bemani sue? Sue whom, at that? Also, don't frag moderators. It's a bad idea.

Daikenkai means "Big opinion", I think.

Tsugaru is a city on the northern most part of the island Honshu. Daikenkai does mean "big opinion". When trying to figure out these song titles, think Japan/Japanese...since it's where the game was developed. Then go from there.

I also have the same question about Holic... any clarification on that song?

Just to clear this up: Lamour at Lirberte is french for Love and Liberty is about all colors and races in the world existing in harmony and love(some lyrics are something along the lines of "Red, Black, Yellow, White and existing in harmony).(big thanks to my Aunt for translating the IIDX backround, which has the lyrics in it)

How about the BeForU debut, DIVE ?

How about Matsuri Japan?

I was under the impression that Holic was named so because of how intricate the rhythm is (7/8 time sig). And since Holic supposedly means addicted (Alco-holic)..the crazy music might represent someone's descent into drug addiction E10.gif

Just my derivation..

Matsuri Japan = Festival Japan. The music obviously sounds like Japanese festival music..

I don't know if this is true or not, but I was told from an outside source that DXY was poison..I don't remember where I heard that from, so I don't know if its true..

Clearly, DXY is an emoticon of someone sad with a branch over their head. Duh.
NOTE: That was sarcasm.

Yeah, I definitely agree with you on the addiction aspect of holic. Isn't it weird that to indicate an addiction, we add holic to the word? (example: DDR-holic, coffeeholic, sleepoholic, workoholic, etc.) However, the only part of alcoholic that makes it mean addiction is -ic, but we add -oholic or -holic to any other word to make it indicate addiction. I just found that weird.......... riiight.gif

The more I think about Paranoia being about the end of the world in a neuclear world, the more it makes sense.

Paranoia: This is a reference to the old threat from the soviet union
Paranoia Max: Reference to the MAX of peoples fears during that time
Paranoia Clean: About discovering the weapons in cuba, avoiding war
Paranoia Rebirth: This is about the threat being reborn, in well, these times.
Paranoia Eternal: People thinking they'll live in fear of it forever
Paranoia Evolution: It happens(disco bombing, no more ghosts, and the explosion at the end say it all)
*please feel free to remind me if I forgot any*
Paranoia Survivor/MAx: This is about the one survivor of it

I've always found legend of max to be kind of odd. Where along the line did Max become a person? I can only assume he's a person now because the song would have been called "The Legend of The Max" (an equally cool title, IMO) if it had been about the max songs, and because of the people running in the background, and One of them is the guy in the trip machine survivor background, so max must be the guy being chased. Seems strange to me.
