It's just sound tracks to Dancemania? Ok. Is that all it is? I can't read the Japanese.
EDIT: OMFG! The first time, I didn't check the second link. Wow. Um, isn't that thing a bit inappropriate? How does it link up to a "techno-shooting" game? It comes with tissues!  XD

Ebay is another good place to look for Dancemania
The trance vibrator was made for a game called Rez. Rez was released domestically, so if you look hard enough you may be able to find it.

You can find a few of the cd on sites like yesasia.com. I think of any other sits off the top of my head. If I do think of more I'll edit this post.
