ok i ordered my bns pads last weekend and i got them today and i open them right away and both of my pads are messed up
on pad one the down arrow does not work at all
on pad two the middle part(where you stand before that song) is to short and you can see the insides of the pad between the up arrow
is there a way to fix this if they will not take the pads back
my mom will call and email them later do you think they will take it back
