I just got my PS2 back after getting it modded. I just AA my first song (A on heavy) and i failed my second (bag on heavy w/ boost) song, which i usually beat. I just hope that isn't a sign of things to come...

Do you ever experience "omen" like things? (i.e. "I almoast always fail every song that i play after Sakura")

Anyways, i sometimes have this strange ability to tell within the first few steps of the song i'm playing if i'm going to do well or not. For example, i was playing L'amour, and i got this feeling that i'd do really well, and i did

I don't listen to extra stage omens, because extra stage always hates my guts (i get bag or other crap so often its funny)

Yeah I can normally tell if I'm gonna fail a song within the first 10 steps. Normally this occurs when the right arrow of our right pad at Putt-Putt decides it isn't going to respond to people stepping on it. And normally within the first 10 steps there is a

so if that doesn't respond the first two times that arrow comes up, I just goof off because I know I'd fail anyways.

And also another time I know I'd fail is if the friend I'm playing with picks PSM, PSMO, or any Max. Or if we decide to try an Oni and they "accidentally" pick Legend Road.

Also, after a few sets if my PA is still terribly off I just play easy songs so I don't get too terribly annoyed.
