maybe.....socks under the pad, or some other type of impact absorbing material. Maybe play Ninja Style E4.gif. There are a few other things you could try. Also depends on things like how loud it is, when you play, things like that.

Get them involved riiight.gif I know my boyfriend's friend lives right above him and when he plays it's not too noisey, but my boyfriend doesn't mind either way because he plays ddr too, he's the one who got the guy upstairs into ddr. Unless the people under you already hate your guts for bothering them happy.gif then maybe you should play when their not home E4.gif

Depends on the type of pad and carpeting you have.
You might want to try buying sound absorbing wood and using it under the pad but the most that might do is muffle the sound.

Eh...just use the control so you can work on the timing of the songs w/out speed mods etc.....errrrmm unless you're playing double mode. Then you'd need to have to try to use 2 controllers at the same time. Only person I've seen do that is Samantha.

Actually its possible to play at home doubles with 1 controller. My fiance knows how to do it....its kinda interesting but not all that hard.

Also you can also play doubles with 2 contollers like you said but i like to have another person around to play like that (i have one controller and they have the other) cause it makes it more interesting

Yes I know. But it doesn't make sense to press the shoulder buttons and even the various presets don't make sense me.

If you're at an apartment they usually have times when you can make a lot of noise. Back at my old apartment I could do stuff until 9:00pm and the neighbors couldn't do anything about it.

You have a number of options here:

1) Play Light / Standard songs only.

2) Playing on Light / Standard mode is wrong. Kill your neighboors and hide the evidence.

3) Killing is wrong. So instead, just burn down their homes while they are away and they will have to move.

PS: I have this problem all the time. Last night, I tried playing MAX. in my dorm room while my roommate was here, and I had to stop because I was afraid he's get pissed off at me. That and I can't pass MAX..... who am I kidding?

Just play when there not home. Doesn't that sound reasonable? Or if you want to play when there home, just do what everybody else says, go to the arcade.
Or....
you can move downstairs.
Or....
These aren't really helping, so I'll just shut up. Figure something out, I don't know. E19.gif
