if on online they could disable dance play (if u want 2 know wat im talking about, go and boot up ur ps2 and look in the ddr options) that way
the X (etc) buttons wouldnt work, but the CF pad r an issue

Actually, this isn't entirely true. It is possible to press left and right (or up and down) using just the directional buttons on a controller. You just have to press one after the other, really fast. It will count as you having hit both, although it will probably throw off your timing and give you a great or good. Of course, this is pretty impractical, and would be especially hard to pull of in the midst of anything Cata or above... but I'm just saying that your plan wouldn't be fool proof

My little brother is a drooling imbecile and he can still type better than that. People should have to get a licence before they can use the Shift or Caps key. typing like this all the time is preferable to TYPING LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME OMG.
Also: I wouldn't say Max was about fast songs. After Max 300, the next fastest were Candy and the two PARANOiAs, none of which broke 200. It slowed way down from there.

Remember that a new arcade version is quite a long time away, if they're going to release one at all. Nothing has been confirmed by Konami except that the series is on hiatus (IN JAPAN).
As far as the USA goes, it's selling well for the home systems here. So there's no reason to speculate that Extreme will be the last version.
I think Daikenkai is way too Japanese to fit in a USA version, as much as I like it. Sync is MUCH more likely and I'd even say fairly possible.

Actually I see no reason why Daikenkai wouldn't be a possibility. Even though I am not fond of many of the Japanese songs on DDR, espicially EXTREME. I wouldn't be surprised if it was on EX US.
KOA has introduced fully Japanese songs to the US before (a la true -T.S. Mix-, more deep, Breakdown!, etc.)
With not many Konami Originals left for KOA to use from previous mixes I don't think they'll really exclude too many songs just because their Japanese. Tears, Blue Impulse, and Daikenkai are more likely to get in then songs like Happy Wedding, Door of Magic, Love Shine, etc.
I would really like to see Destiny Lovers.

No, actually there is some sort of law that deals with parental consent for giving any personal information over the internet when the user is 13 or younger. I can't remember the details, but it affects such things as message boards, contests, etc. And I don't care enough to look it up. Heh.

I agree with everyone saying that Konami originals that are Japanese have the equal chance of making it on Extreme than a KO that's in English. I'd really like to see Daikenkai, but I wanna see some songs that sort of don't even have a chance, like Cartoon Heroes and Door of Magic. A person can dream, can't they?
