KCET, Drop Out, and EotC - Catas?

Drop Out-9 the jumps at the beginning nearly make me trip over my feet, the end also tends to have the same effect. It's so fast!

EoTC-8 It's definatly hard but I don't seem to have as much trouble with this one as I do with Drop Out.

KCET I honestly can't comment about because I haven't played it enough. I feel so deprived j/k

Paranoia should definently be an 8. It really isn't too hard. EotC should be a 9, I still kinda have a hard time with it. But Drop Out, I never even noticed they changed it. I'm so used to it being an 8 on Konamix that when I go to the arcade and play I never saw it was a 9. It's definently 8 material. I do admit the end is a little tough. But to say that it is harder than MaxxUnlimited on Standard isn't right.

That's because Maxx Unlimited Standard should be a 9.

Back on topic...

I did Drop Out Heavy in training on a MAX2 JP, handclaps and Solo and managed a C.

I'd say it's cata material. Fast jumps and that last stream... but strangely enough not that hard to pass. Then again, that's the way with Rain of Sorrow and that song is DEFINITELY a cata.

drop out - 9 - 260 bpm jumps and 8th note runs are cata material
eotc - 9 - lots of turns and pivots (i've only played it once, and i failed it)
kcet - 8 - not enough 8th note runs to be considered a cata.
