today i opend up my bns metal pad and hooked it up to the ps2 and it only worked for 3 seconds and then it died and it quit working and it still dosent work. does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix it? |

did you just get the pad today, or do you mean you opened it up to look at the sensors? if you did just get the pad today, then your best bet would be to email BuyNShop.com and tell them about your problem |

I just got the pad today. BUT when the fed ex truck came the pad was hanging half way out of the box |

I haven't been able to play DDR for the past two weeks because the official Konami pad that came with my DDRMax 2 bundle broke. I ordered a Redoctane metal pad Thursday, I sure as heck hope the same thing doesn't happen to me.... like I said before, email BuyNShop with your problem...

wow man. In 6 months, I am on my second mat, BNS lightup cheepo stuffs.
And as far as I know BNS will only refund DOA merchandise, cause i checked their policy before I ordered one. _________________

Just get a RedOctane Ignition pad. It's not filled with the same problems that metal pads are... (Expensive/Unrelialible). _________________
