You think i feel... sounds evil? I never really thought that. Go give some more Akira Yamaoka songs a listen, and then you'll hear some evil-sounding songs.
As for the symbols in the song, whatever it says probably doesn't directly relate to i feel... seeing as that background is in other songs.
And when I first saw this thread, I thought it would be about how i feel... is such a great song. Oh well....

That girl from Sexy Planet is in the I feel... backgrounds 
And I just noticed yesterday if you watch the Sexy Planet (Nonstop Megamix) background on EXTREME every time the girl in the song moans it shows the girl. And every time it shows her, it shows her hand getting closer and closer to her mouth, and on the last moan she's wiping her mouth...

I always thought that I Feel and 5.1.1. were evil... dunno why though... I thought I Feel had to do more with evil... and 5.1.1. had to do more with death, but evil as well.
