Question about Beatmania, IIDX, and BMIII

Alright, so lemme get this straight - there are THREE different types of BM series? Beatmania, Beatmania II DX, and Beatmania III.

I know about (and play) the first two, but what is BMIII all about? Does it use 5 keys or 7?

You can go to FW in Nashua to play it, y'know. That is, if you can get yourself up there. They have a nice one.

I like that headphone jack thing. I think all Bemai games should have it! (except for DDR of course, unless you're using wireless headphones

FW has 7th Append. SUPERB songlist.

Yes, 7th is very good. Make sure you bring a blank floppy disk. If you get all 7 ending songs to play and save to your disk, you'll unlock Sozai mode, which is basically Free mode. You get to play as just many songs as you normally do, but you can't fail, and you can play any song for any stage.
