Have u ever sat down and wondered which arrow in DDR is used the most??

I was wondering that today during school lol.

I'm gonna have to go with the back arrow too. One of my home pads has a messed up back arrow, one of my friends home pads has a messed back arrow, and my mall arcade has a messed back arrow on one pad.

right arrow. my left foot is fast so i tend to use it solely sometimes. That and my right arrow on my crappy pad always sticks.

I actually tried installing a spy program on my computer to test this, but the key logger didn't record arrow keys as valid keystrokes.

Too bad I'm too lazy to remap Stepmania to use letter keys or something, or else we'd have a concrete answer.

I'm pretty sure up is the least used arrow. Down is probably the most used, and left and right are probably equal.

Guys. You wouldn't need a keylogger, you could just get something which counts the things from the dwi files.. Anyway, I reckon the down/back arrow would be the most used.. just a feeling.

I think it would be the down arrow
Reasons:
1) If you lose your balance you're gonna try to come back and you'll slam the down arrow
2) little kids putting their feet on the arrow, rapidly slamming it
3) People who jump whole games
4) How about an edit full of 16th down beats

I want to say the left arrow, but that's only because I'm a lefty and it feels natural to me. Realistically thinking, I'd go with the down arrow. I've seen that most beginners confuse it with the up arrow, so they end up hitting it more than needed.

I also think it's the most commonly missed arrow among players, just 'cause you have to stretch your leg a tad farther for it.[/b]

Anyway, I'd probably say that left and down are about even. On the pads I've had the left arrow is usually the first the go and with what everyone is saying down seems to be hit a lot. So I'd say there about even.
