I had been playing DDR for about an hour, went from "beginner" to "normal" OK, but my legs ACHE this morning! Is that... uh, normal? |
That would be that your legs are building muscle tissue. they hurt because what you do when you build muscle is you basically rip your muscle apart and it rebuilds itself to be stronger, that is very normal.
But the worst injury I've had....well, I was playing in flipflops once and I slipped out of one and almost wacked my head on a bar, but that's about it. _________________
