i have this horrible pad from mad catz and eventually i dont know what happened, maybe from folding it up or from retards using shoes, but the down button went out. so now when i use it, i have to have a friend slam down on x to superimpose as down
so well, i thought any of you might have a story of an evil pad that you own or that you played at the arcade 
man, what id give for an ignition 2.0  |

I wouldn't give TOO much, I'll take my modded soft pad over an ignition any day

| I agree with Levin, Ignition's arn't that great, I recommend you mod a regular soft pad instead, they're alot better and cost alot less. |

your not alone man.
That's what happened to mine AND my friends madcatz pad. The back button only works with a good 3 seconds worth of holding it down, and my friends just refuses to work at all.
heh, luckily there was a like 5 year warranty i believe on it.
unluckily, i can't find the reciept anymore
....  ....meh |

Heh, I'm going to use your mod for my new soft pad. The one I had which wasn't modded died. Arrows stuck. But I'm going to do the mod so I can use the pad longer.  |
If you had a pad Terrance...stop lying .
I got the pad in the DDRMAX2 bundle and it works great and it doesn't slide around at all. I have AAA'ed a bunch of standard, light, and a few heavy songs. Those pads are great and they don't cost that much either.
But, if you have the money go for an Ignition or save up a lil' longer and buy Red Octane metal pads.
