Which one do you think is better the original Healing Vision or the Angelic Mix?

I like the sounds in the original one and i like the steps in the angelic mix E4.gif

I would play the 2MB version more if there wasn't so much double-stepping required. It's still good to play every now and then I suppose.

The original sounds decent and has some relatively easy yet somewhat challenging steps which make it fun to play anytime.

They both have their pros and cons so I can't really decide.

I admit I liked the original at first, but then, the Angelic Mix started to grow on me. Now I like the Angelic Mix better. The Angelic Mix seems to have more energy into it.

The original has the awesome slow down steps.... it's the obvious winner.

HVAM, of course cause it's the better song with better steps. It's also one of the hardest catas too. I passed it on my first try, fluke?

counting the points:

Original (pro):
-different tempos
-"flowing"
(con):
-steps (I made my own edit to overcome this)

Angelic (pro):
-more challenging
-the sudden slow part at the end catches me off guard
-run after pause is...cool! E13.gif
(con):
-less melody heard (buried)
-the constant beep thing is annoying

and that means...
I can't decide riiight.gif
Just helping other people who are trying to make a decision.

My preference is for Angelic Mix, because it seems to flow better and is pretty challenging throughout the duration of the song. The pause, though annoying as hell, is an interesting little curveball thrown into the mix.

The regular Healing Vision heavy introductory steps (before the speedup) are more interesting to play than just the single slow jump in Angelic. However the ending of regular Healing Vision is way too easy. Once you get past that midsong slowdown the ending is just coasting in.

Actually, they both have the same bpm. I take it that you mean you like more constant streams of steps?

Hmmm, I am afraid I fall into the undecided category...

Although I can full combo both of them on heavy, Angelic Mix is definately the more challenging of the two, and it is more energetic, so when I am looking for something with a bit more gusto, I play angelic mix. I mean, one heartbeat and you are off and running. However, the original is a simply beautiful mix of fun, challenge (the slow first part took some doing for me to completely figure out), and awesomeness. And the ending rocks. I mean, the end just screams "do something with style now!"

Ok, I've decided now. The original Healing Vision is the better of the two by a slight margin.

Angelic -- Tastes Great!
Original -- Less Filling!

The constant stream of HVAM, and the greater difficulty makes it my choice, but I remember back when I was first starting out... HV was one of my favorites, but it quickly got "Too easy"

Well... I wouldn't say one of the hardest. I actually think that Witch Doctor is harder.

But that's just me...

Angelic.

Better song, better steps.

As for the difficulty, it's one of the more tiring catas, although once you master double stepping it isn't too bad...
