Im a noob to iidx but hell i never started on light.................. isnt that just way too easy........
i cant pass practically all normal songs on 8th mix. even some anothers....

i cant beleive how nooby some people are. seriously and people who pass light songs, that aint no real achievement

Or is this because i started with 5 keys on other beatplayer kinda machines.?

damn i meant cant as in can can can pass most songs in 8th,

i guess ill be getting the crap even more.

An achievement to someone else might not be an achievement to you, so passing a light song can be an achievement.

Passed several more anothers

Also, AA'd Comment te dire Adieu 7key with 187k....i'm less than 10 expoints from the AAA

Also finally passed Fantasy 7key, and brought my score up to an B on DXY! 7key and a B on V 7key as well.

So now i've passed well over 25 7*, 3 flashing 7's, over 35 anothers, and all 7 key songs except the hardest 7's and...stupid Love is dreaminess 7key

I just started playing two days ago.. i have 6th style..
On beginner I've passed all the 1's except Shining Polaris, DXY!, and Outer Wall, all the 2's, Colors, V, The Safari, and a few other 3's... yeah i'm a noob.. i can only pass 3 L7 songs

For some reason, I always seem to mis-time my scratching. I'm not too bad at IIDX overall (7s and some easy flashing 7s), but the scratching issue has been plateauing my skill lately. I can't bring my hand back from scratching quick enough to hit keys and/or the turntable doesn't register my "pinky" scratches. If there is a way around this so I can get back to improving myself at a normal pace, please gimme some pointers.

P.S- I'm right handed, should I be playing on the right side??
Dexterous hand + scratching = easier?

Yeah... last thursday i finished the beginners... and i beat all the 3* on L7 and a few 4*'s... I ssuck. I got an A on Silhoette L7 hooray

So, I plugged my Pop'n Music controller in and used it to play a game of Doubles on IIDX (It works. The spacing of the buttons is a bit hard to get used to, though). Played 3 songs:

I Was The One
Paranoia Max
G2

All on Light 14. Stumbled through I Was The One (2 Star), failed Paranoia Max (3 Star), and passed G2 (6 Star). Doubled is fucked up.

Oye. I just got 6th Style Thursday, and wow. This is the only game that I have fun at while doing... Really bad. I can pass most all the Beginner songs, and two or three L7's. Nothing to boast about, heh.

It's a bit of a challenge for me because I have to play one handed. Screwed up the nerves in my left hand... Gah. Can't feel the keys with it, so it's a pain to have to use that hand.

Ah well. IIDX is fun as hell, I'm really glad my boyfriend made me curious enough to lay down all the money to play it. ^^

after getting bored of not being able to pass any of the last 10 or so anothers on 6th style I had left, I had quit for a month. Then I decided to start playing one-handed. I'm having a lot of fun this way despite how much harder it is. I finally cleared all of the L7s on 6th style, and a good number of 7-key songs. The only 7* I've passed thus far is Route 80's. I've come really close to Y31, Flowtation, and Buffalo, and I got a 54% on B4U once. It seems weird to me that I'm left-handed, but I play left side one-handed.

I'd really really love to play doubles, but I just simply don't have a place to put a second controller. Right now all I use is a night stand in my room which is just big enough for one controller. I'd probably have to build a stand for specifically holding 2 controllers.

hmm wierd. Usually people say route 80's is a pretty easy one handed song. You should try Fly away or yesterday. Those are some pretty good songs to do one handed.
