Hmm. I pretty much only have one post-DDR ritual, besides chilling out.

Nothing goes better with a good game of DDR than a bubble tea from the Suzhi Tea House down Bellaire, or that place at Shepard in the strip with that Randall's, in a pinch. I swear, tea with tapioca and DDR go hand in hand. My friend, his little brother, and I became regulars at the place on Shepard over the summer (it's nearer to his house than good ol' Suzhi). I wish I could remember the name of that place off the top of my head.

Too bad it's become so "hip" now, though.
