Hi all, my name is Aaron, but I go by ShadowedEclipse... I've been playing for about 3 months now, but for that length of time, I've gotten REALLY good at some expert singles, & all of their trick (well most of them, lol)... I decided to join the forum because I have NO ONE (besides ONE guy) who plays DDR in a remote 50 miles of me... It sucks, so I want to talk with people who know what I'm tlaking about when I talk about DDR! I live in Florida, but not in florida where there's any DDR MACHINES, damnit, it sucks, so I'm stuck with my soft pads that slip everywhere until they get a machine... Well, I've been posting here for quite a while but what the heck. Here's an introduction.

I'm Chibi Nappa. I have the unfortunate fate of picking an online name in the middle of an Anime phase. Sooooo..... I'm stuck with a Japanese-ish name, and I'm not a Japanese guy. Man, I was a dumbass back then. Anyway, I've been using the name for so many years now that it just seems odd to change it. I'm not even that "chibi". OK, I'm far from it. I'm 190 lbs and 26 years old. My DDR time has shrunk to maybe 2-3 hours a week (or 0 hours a week, depending on the week) due to living life and everything involved with that.

Still, I have some DDR skills. I can't pass any 10 footers, but I can "A" pretty much any 8 footer (except Waka Laka. I swear that song is a 9 footer in disguise) and A/B/C about 2/3 of the 9 footers. In the end, I'm just playing to have fun.

We mainly do it for exercise and because we want to get better, we've been playing for a little less than a month and I've lost 3 lbs. I passed Max 300 on light a few days ago! w00t.

Well, since I'm new to the boards, I just thought I'd introduce myself.

Hi my name is Willie...*takes a deep breath*...and I'm an alcoholic....j/k. Anyway, whats goin down folks. Well, as you can obviously tell by my screen name, I'm Jinzouningen17, but to spare all of the folks from havin to spell that long name, you can just call me J-17(or Jinzo. I dont care). And incase you dont know, Jinzouningen is Japanese for Artificial Human(I'm sure the majority of yall on these boards knew that. )

I'm from the Dirty South(South Carolina), I'm into any type of music(except country), wrestling(mainly NWA-TNA, MLW, and Ring of Honor), video games, and especially anime(right now, the main ones I'm into is Yu-Gi-Oh! and InuYasha. Yu Yu Hakusho aswell, but unfortuantly at the moment, they're not showin that anymore. ). I'm also heavily into web design, tryin to get started in school so I can finally get paid for makin web designs, so yeah. You know how that goes.

Now I just recently got into DDR(this past summer to be exact), and I must say that I'm definetly hooked on it. I own DDR Max, DDR Max 2, and DDR Konamix. I also have the dance pad(the Mad Catz version, but its still a pad), and I'm tryin to build up my skills enough to go up to the mall and play against some of the folks up there(I notice some of yall are on these boards, so who knows, maybe I'll run into you at the Anderson Mall sometime.

ok then. i just started DDR around June this year... i picked it up real fast, starting with konamix, MAX (usa) then MAX2 just recently. i only played at the arcade twice cuz i cant get over there all the time, so i gots me my PS2 versions. just yesterday i got my metal pads from Cyphergames. pretty good stuff i guess. i love ddr to death and also love anime. my favorite songs are: Dive (all of em) Kind Lady, Candy, Bre\-/kdown, tsugaru, dream a dream, long train runnin, lets groove, spin the disc, boom boom dollar, silent hill, celebrate night, drop the bomb (konamix version), and some others i cant remember right now. since i have been playing, i have...whats that word...i guess "convinced" about 14 other people to play DDR. they all love it too. my friends told their friends etc. anyway, i live on McGuire Air Force Base, new jersey, and i think it sux around here. i gotta travel a bit to get to the nearest DDR, but not as much as some i guess. plus that i cant drive yet (only 15 ). not too many people up here are into anime and video games and such, including DDR. wish i was in california! im lookin into importing DDRextreme for PS2 cuz i love that version. i guess thats about it...im gonna go play now, even tho its 11:12 PM. them metal pads make ZERO noise AIM me at DuoTheTwo

Hey there, I'm Al, but everyone calls me Rapid Fire. I've actually been on DDRFreak for about 2 years, but as you can see (refer to sig,) I forgot my password at one time.

I live in Syracuse, New York, not part of the city, so I'm not that good at DDR. I've been playing for about 2 years, back when 3rd mix was around. I'm part of Team Zeal, a local DDR Team. We just got back from representin' at an Albany tournament.

I have my own Internet show in my basement dealing partially with DDR at times, called Alex in the Basement. It's more of a local thing though.

If you live in my area, the clubhouse is highly reccomended as it has top condition pads and it's only a quarter for 4 games (single) or 50 cents if you're doubles or versus.

ive been posting sence yesterday, yup...sounds like fun here... Im 14 years old, i live in upstate ny, and i have the regular konami pads, but there ok cuz there stapled onto a piece of plywood. I have konamix, and i can beat almost all of them on trick. ive been playing ddr sence about march, the whole thing started when i was at the arcade with my friend and we decided that we were going to beat ddr, cuz we beat everything else in that arcade. and then i was hooked, i was meeting him every week and wed blow a 20 on ddrMAX 7. Now they have Extreme. My favorite song is eather saints go marchin remix, or anything thats been remixed from konamix to extreme. im on aim more than im here, so if ya wanna talk talk to me on aim. plus its easier for me to understand. my day usually consists of going to skool, comeing home, playing ddr for an hour, then going on aim, then putting up and away message and playing more ddr, then going back to aim, then playing ddr...ect. untill i fall asleep. welp, im gunna stop wasteing ur time now.
