yeah, i was about to play once and this cigarette was talking about how he was so good and poopy. so i was all like, "ok im next, wanna go wit meeh?" and hes like "yeah, but im pretty good" so i was lyk w/e. he was so obviously making fun of us. newayz. i step up and select a and do that thing i do when i juss hit maii heels real fast on the pad to switch from beginner mode to challenge. haha kevin said, "i love the way it looks like its melting" but then i put the other guy on standard. he seriously didnt noe what was going on. it was hilarious. he spent the whole time jumping in front of maii screen, and trying to screw meeh up. i juss sat there playing, and i slapped him like 5 times. stupid white guy. (note: i dont realli hate white ppl, juss a lot of them have been assholes to meeh so juss bear with it) ^-^ there was maii long buttocks rambling pointless story to tell yooh ppl. thanx _________________

Number 1 uber most annoying pet peeve that I may snap and go psycho should it occur again: ppl who place the token/coin on the screen to get into the coin line whilst someone is in the middle of playing. Christ you're blocking the f*n screen! Wait til the person is done with that song. Geez how rude.
ppl that lean on the bar behind you while you are playing.
ppl that throw stuff at the ppl playing
ppl that shadow without asking
ppl too lazy to walk behind the machine and cut across between the pad and machine whilst you in the midst of gameplay. Again I shall smite that guilty culprit. _________________

Annoyances:
*people who shadow w/o asking (I've done this a few times, but that's only to people I know are OK with it...I always try to check first)
*kids who think they are MAD "good"....then refuse to get on in front of their friends
*that god f-n bar....I wish it could be taken out when I'm playing. I don't care if someone else uses it, but I find it to be a big annoyance since I don't use it.
*broken pads (but who wouldnt't hate one of those?)
...theres a few more, but I'm not in one of those thinking moodds right now) |

-n00bs talking trash ex. "You can't play standard, you can beat Max 300" *rolls eyes* _________________

I honetly don't care for the bar, either. Sometimes I'll even hit it with my heel, and I'm kinda like "what was that?" until I realize it's just the bar.
Also, I hate watching newbies that still try to keep both feet in the middle. I mean, I know I used to do that, too (since I hadn't seen anyone play before I started playing), but it's so damn boring to watch. |

Dislikes:
-People that talk trash to while you're playing.
-People that as you play ask how to play and how long have you been playing... Pretty much bother you in general.
-People that make fun of you in any way at all.
-People that assume they can go with you and put their coins in the machine before asking you.
-People that shadow you on the pad next to you. Behind or anywhere else is fine with me and I don't care.
-People who think they are God's gift to DDR and can't back it up.
-People that don't have a sense of humor.
That's all for now. _________________

people who claim that some songs (e.g. Paranoia Survivor) are really easy, but all of a sudden 'don't have any more tokens'.
people who keep talking to me while i'm playing then get P.O.'d that i don't answer em. come on! i'm trying to play the damn game, here!
people who press the button to pick a song without even asking you if it is o.k. or if your difficulty is fine.
people who pick the same song, OVER AND OVER again. doesn't matter what difficulty they choose, but again and again in a row? no. it's fine if it's like, 10 songs apart, but not again, please.
the bar. i have no need for it, i haven't seen one guy with one, either.
stompers. aiee, i hate them, they think that the pad is not sensitive enough to feel a footprint, so they practically fall on each arrow.
people who talk sh!t about ddr players/ddr games, but can't play them at all, or haven't even tried to play them.
DDR stereotypists. e.g. "i've seen that dancing game at the arcade, it looks stupid, all you do is press the arrow when it shows on the screen, it's boring."
people who can't pronounce the songs right, e.g. Daikenkai. my friend kept saying Daikenai, and wouldn't put an effort to correct himself, even after many times of me telling him that it's DaikenKAI.
newbies who go up to the ddr machine, and before the song starts, 'warm up' by hopping around the pad a bit as if they're about to break dance, and then choose Cutie Chaser on Beginner, and fail.
freestylists who think jumping from one ddr machine to another is a good move to do.

My favorite quote is still: "How would you feel if the bar raped you?" |

my guide for putting my token/card/whatever in line whilst someone is playing:
1.first, sneak to the back of the machine all ninja like. wear a ninja mask and sport a katana if you want to.
2.lean up against the back of the machine all metal-gear-solid-like and do that move he does where he looks over the corner all stealthy.
3. if no one's there, back flip over the machine and land on the pad, yelling some incoherent thing that sounds like it could be japanese. if people look at you weird, yell some more at them in something that sounds like japanese, and pull out your cool katana. if there is someone dancing there, proceed to step 4
4. grab your token/card with the tips of your middle finger and index finger, like what gambit does when he's about to unleash some cajun whoopass.
5. creep over to the side of the machine, and not looking where your arm is going, put your card/token up on that edge of the machine where people usually put their cards/tokens, i dont know what its called. (this part takes practice: i recommend trying it with your friend who is less likely to get pissed off if you accidentally nudge anything)
6. if everything goes well, yell "NINJA VANISH!" and throw a smoke bomb. in the confusion, escape to a nearby arcade game, where you will be undetected until it is your turn. try finding one of those theatre like boxes that are used for gun games like house of the dead 2.
7. if the person playing is a complete n00b and thinks you are giving him/her your token/card, run over yelling "BANZAIII!" and strike him/her sharply in the head using your katana, with the flat side. if he/she tries it again, you are now obligated to kill him/her.
...that is all. _________________

People who act immature and acting like jerks.
People shadowing me when playing, it's so annoying.
People who mimick and imitate you, it makes me want to whack up upside the head.
And other players who you don't really know but also don't like cause they probably said/did something you didn't like askin to play with you.
Playing to make others looks bad, cause your 10 times better than them. The very good players makin us average/good players look terrible. _________________

-People that come to watch you play... and they came to play also... but then talks about how badly you look while playing... or how you aren't putting enough "style" for their tast in playing ddr. (ie: "woah check out that combo! [later on] ....I see score but no style")
-People that spill soda on the pads by accident! ugh... stickyness....
-People that are about to put their credit into the machine but Stands right in front of the screen while you're playing. _________________

I hate people who think they are good but really really suck, I yell they suck in front of their face and make them look like trash. I hate people who shadow, it shows that they are too damn poor to play and they suck, for shadowers i just play max 300 and they stop cause they suck to much to shadow me. I hate people who screw up the coin line so they are playing every time. I also hate people who try to free style cause they look like gimps trying to be cool. _________________

Quote: | *- People who hog the machine all night. I'm not too fond of the TIP jar idea either (where people expect you to tip them, so they can keep playing longer) although I find it just hilarious that people actually think this will work. |
Yeah, so this one time I went to Disneyland, and I was playing Daikenkai Oni and got below 5 greats and my friend AAed bag x1 shuffle flat and my other friend got an A on PSM Oni double and we ended up with $5+ in tips. It was awesome. _________________
