I'm using the Konami soft pad that came bundled with MAX2. In the future, I plan to build my own metal pad.

I'm using one that I built based on DDRHomepad's design. I plan to tear it apart and re-use some of the materials for a Riptide design pad.

I use my RedOctane Ignition 2.0's at home! E4.gif

I love them very much. But I would want to get a Metal pad but they're very pricy. But once I get a job thats what I'm going to do.

i use 2 Wonderful Naki pads that have worked like a charm for 2 years but so far one mat won't work with double so i can't do that at the moment. But i've heard of these same mats dieing in 3 months. I wonder why that could be biggrin.gif

I have Ignition 2.0's (actually, one real one and one fake one that's not too good. But I got both for like $100ish, I think). I am getting a metal platform soon (next week) and I can't wait. I sure hope it's as good as I've heard.

so far ive only used a soft pad that i modded... had it for a bout a year and it hasnt worn any sence... i play to re-mod it soon, along w/ modding my new pad i got w/ the max2 bundle... gona re-mod it because i had to cut 4" thick foam for my first pad... and i now know of a place to get already thin foam... and ill be able to start doing some double stuff...

i went to a con this weekend (AWA9, it pwned) ... anywho... there was these 2 guys who did maxx unlimited, WITH THEIR HANDS... on heavy... they did those on Red Octanes... the the soft pads with the foam incerts... those seems to work fairly well without any mods... i also saw some dood win a free-style tourny on Afronova, light, double... it was AWSOME!!

Damn straight rmz, doesn't get much better than a Cobalt Flux. I've had mine for a month now, so much better than my old softie pads.

The MMB Ignition pads, but I hardly use them cause they move whenever I do Heavy songs. I plan on buying the Red Octane Metal Pads and selling my pads. Sides, I play DDR when I go out or I'll play SM.
