Hey everyone. Im RevenG from San Antonio Tx. I have a group of friends that we go DDR together so i decided to make a team called "2MB" . Longtime member, 3rd time poster here in ddrfreak. I used to be all over the boards on the SA DDR boards but oh well. Sa has some really good players too compared to others. I play on heavy and sometimes of light, either to "freestyle" or cool down from TLOM . Im really fond of
"Re-venge", just one of Naoki's names, but anything fast will do. Hope to post here more often .

Konichiiwa(or however they spell it)! My name is Ty. I just joined today and am trying to convince my friends. I've DDRed for about a year and I'm preety good. Standard/Heavy, I get by . I'm a total Japan freak, and DDR seemed to come naturally. Kind of like the administration here, my friends and I have started a club where we throw a big DDR party every month. It's pretty cool; anyway; I'm probably typing your ear off, so I'll get down to business. My absolute favorite song is Healing Vision Angelic Mix. I can barely dance it, but it was the first song I ever DDRed to. I can probably dance a 7-8 step song, with a decent grade, but I still struggle. |

Hey, old to the site, new to actually getting around to registering to it. Playing for fun about 2 years now from Pittsburgh PA through Atlantic City/Wildwood NJ down to San Antonio TX over to Albuquerque NM. Very nice site so kudos to those who helped make it and keep it going. All you around Hinkle (albuquerque) probably have seen me (that odd guy who plays hidden/dark/boost/reverse doubles on heavy all the time and who doesn't know how to play single, lol ). Anyway, just doing what the topic name is- and that's about all the spam I have right now. _________________

Hello, I'm Tenshiko, my tag is TEN4 (The the four in Japanese. It would be "shi.") I've been coming to DDRFreak for a long time now, but never joined the forums until now. So I thought to say hello to people and introduce myself.
I've been playing DDR for a year and three months. And as it stands, I can do any song on Basic. Any Trick song 8 or lower and Manaic 7 and lower. I wish that I was good enough to freestyle but that will take a lot of time. I love my home pad but I just love playing in the arcades. I practise just about everyday, for an average time of 5 hours. (I urge anyone to play that long, that's the only way to get better. )
I'm here to give a shout out to other players in the Toronto area. I was thinking of starting up a club or something where we could hang, talk and play DDR.
So, please get back to me if you're from T.O., and hello to all the DDRers of the fourms! |

heya everyone! no, not a dj, just wish i was one. i've been playing DDR for about, well, six months now, but only four months with any intent to get better.
i LOVE to dance, and i almost quit DDR because of the fact that i do and i was so horrible at it. (i stood in the center of the square for awhile until a good friend gave me some advice and it all went uphill from there). i used to go to clubs, but got tired of the crappy attitudes there, so instead i DDR on Friday and Saturday nights!
i consider myself the beggining DDR player's best friend, as i'll pay for their credit and dance with them so they won't fail, which to me is the best way to learn. always support the "newbies," they will ensure that DDR continues to be popular and thus encourage Konami to continue to support it.
i'm okay at this whole DDR thing. i can do most standard songs, some heavy. i can't "freestyle," but i DO love to DANCE to DDR as much as possible. you know, get my hips and arms into it. which isn't so good if you want to get AA/AAA, but i don't care so much about that. i just love the music and i love to move.
props to all y'all who DO get AA/AAA on all the crazy buttocks songs though. someday maybe. who knows. i'm more about just FEELING the rhythm, soaking that sweet sweet music into your soul and letting it out through your body. DDR all the way baby! long may it reign!
welcome to anyone else like me who is new to this awesome site. cheers! |

Hola.
I am JB4GDI. I've been into video games since I was 5 years old, and had an NES, Master System, and Amiga. Since I play drums, and played soccer for 6 years, it came naturally to me to play DDR when it came to an arcade in a nearby city. While just a casual player since about 2000-2001, I just recently got a ghettoed out (top case ripped off because the power eject ribbon was too short) PS2, I repaired, and ended up spending all my money on Konamix and a Red Octane pad. I got it in the summer, and am now just starting maniac levels on some of the songs. Unfortunately, my lack of a job means no money, and that means no more DDR, so I am probably going to be stuck with my one game and pad for a long time. Other than DDR, I play a lot of FPS games on my PC, and anything with the name Command & COnquer in it. I also watch Mystery Science Theater 3000.
I'm from New England, CT.

Hey, my name is Andre. I'm from Syracuse, NY but currently live in Albany (also in New York). Later this month, I will have been playing for 1/2 a year.
The one song I am not giving up on: 300
Songs I gave up on awhile ago: Cartoon Heroes, Legend of Max
Plan on passing: MaxX, So Deep, Sakura (well, I have, but nothing better than a "C")
Having fun: playing most of the other 9-footers and a lot of "good" 8-footers |

Hello, I am Matt from Medfield MA. i just got ddr max 8 days ago with pad, that was my first day playing it after watching good people at mall play it. Right now i'm on Standard but can't manage to do the last three songs. I'll probably start playing at the Natick mall sometimes on weekends with my 2-3 friends who just started as well. |

Name's Iggie... I'm a n00b to forums, but a long-time player of DDR. I started back on a rusty 4th mix machine in a decent mall, worked my way through upgrades and home versions. I'm not too bad, but not near the triple-A standard just yet ;)
Unrequited closet Euro-beat fan and Bemani addict. In a few weeks I'll be crossing sides to the lure of IIDX, beatmania style 6. Life is good. |
