...or does nobody on here find So Deep ridiculously hard(in a 10-foot manner)? I actually find Rhythm and Police to be fairly easy for 9 feet if you have technique (turns, gallops, etc.), and yet for all the threads I've seen like "I can't beat Rhythm and Police!" or "R&P is impossible!" but I've never heard a "So Deep is driving me knuckin' futs!".

Who here thinks So Deep is difficult in the manner of 10 feet?!

So Deep threads are pretty common and well.. everyone(as in some

) love it. i myself, love it.. but i also think its ridiculously hard.. but not in a 10 foot manner. it just takes a lot of stamina and a lot of practicing.. ive probaly played it 30 times and never passed yet. you have to download the dwi and play it a lot.. i suppose if i did that.. my stamina would carry me somehwat further than 35/49ths through the song(yes i counted)

So Deep almost was made a 10 in DDR MAX, and i think on euromix it is a 10, but i'm not sure...the combo of the stamina rapeage with the chaos meter off the chart makes it a tough song, but once you have the legs for it..it's not so bad....I'm working on AAing it right now...(damn that end run of 16ths)

eh, so deep was hard for like a week. took me a whole 2 tries to beat it. when you get used to it, you wont even get too tired. but it is those 16th notes that kill it for me too.

also, i found out my problem. at the end, theres an extremely brief pause. the step before the pause is a jump. i noticed it on sm. and all this time i thought there was only 1 jump!

then next time i tried it bam i passed with a B

meh, so deep definately isn't a 10. the 9 rating is good for it. It's not too bad once you get used to it. The last time I played it I got 21 greats on it, FC/AA, although i'm sure i can do better on the song, if i practice it more.
